The Story Behind Morri's Place

In 1979, Morri began his career as a chef in Red Rock Restaurant, Acland Street St. Kilda. He quickly established himself by providing excellent quality food, a large menu range for all tastes and above all, superior value for money. Together with his wife Michele who managed the floor, they quickly developed a loyal following of lovers of simply good food with all customers becoming a part of our larger family.

After some time, this team is back. Morri has again created a menu that will tempt the fussiest eaters and lovers of his style of international cuisine. Delights to sample include traditional dishes like schnitzel, grain feed eye fillet, fresh seafood linguini and crispy skin duckling with a choice of two sauces. There are some old favorites like Prawns Malay (A spicy sweet prawns dish created by Morri 20 years ago and still unbeatable), fillet au poivre (eye fillet with green peppercorn sauce)chicken livers in a delicious port wine sauce and whole baked flounder.

We guarantee that Morri and Michele will ensure you have a night to remember...
